You are central to your pain relief with Burlington and Hamilton chiropractic care.

The central theme of Back School is that we manage back pain, not necessarily cure it. Acknowledgement of the fact that, you have a transitional segment that puts your spine at risk for instability and limits the stress it can take, goes far in gaining confidence knowing that you can manage its pain and recover your quality of life again. Spinal Care Clinic puts high priority on improving your quality of life.

Back School helps you and those close to you identify with your spinal pain condition(s) and what is necessary to limit your pain. Observing a loved one go through pain makes us feel helpless. Finding out what is wrong and what can be done in office at Spinal Care Clinic as well as at home which provides everyone an opportunity to help.

Back School talks about spine pain symptoms, relates that spine pain is not a solitary situation, gives examples for correct movements for daily living, and puts all of us on the same page to assist the back pain sufferer.

The Spinal Care Clinic presentation of Back School emphasizes that back pain control, not cure is typically the goal. It's a realistic goal for our Burlington and Hamilton chiropractic patients and their families and loved ones.

It was interesting to find out that 95% of 61 patients who who went to back school felt it was worth their time to attend. They felt they understood their condition more fully and learned something to avoid re-injury. (1)
