Degenerated discs and degenerated knees aren’t
such unlikely companions. They are cases

Extruded discs - discs whose jellylike core
leaks out – tend to be a bit worrisome
than disc bulges to their owners, but in a new study
they regressed with conservative, non-surgical care! At about 17 months of
care, 75% of extrusions completely went away, 15%
partially resolved, and 10% did show any resolution.
90% did! Additionally, those patients whose discs resolved
also stated that they had significantly improved NRS pain scores,
